Group-tier automation (board pack, weekly flash) is being built. Until it is, those parts are prepared by hand, and that will be said on the call. Contractor-tier trend pages are delivered as part of the pack.
Setup: $1,950 once
Exports are mapped, KPI definitions agreed with you in writing, templates built, and your first month's pack delivered. Usually takes about two weeks. Waived if you pay a year up front.

The first five clients pay $1,450 for setup, and keep their monthly price for a year.
In return we ask for honest feedback and, if you're happy, permission to say you're a client. Setup is normally $1,950.

Questions
Do you need access to our safety system?
No. Exports are enough. You stay in control of what you send.
What about names and medical details?
Leave them out. The intake template has no fields for them. If they turn up anyway, the file is deleted, you're told, and a clean one is requested.
Which systems do you work with?
Anything that exports to Excel or CSV. If your data lives in three places, that's normal.
Who signs the report off?
You do. A person checks the figures and the draft. The pack goes out under your name, after your review.
What if you're sick at month-end?
The calculations run the same either way. Client numbers stay small enough that checking is always covered.
Is this an AI tool?
It's a service that uses AI for one job: drafting the words. The numbers come from code, and the checking comes from a person.
What counts as a project?
Anything you report as a separate line: a site, a contract, a business unit. If in doubt, ask.
Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?
It's normal. Setup is where we sort it out, and the definitions we agree get written down so they don't drift.
Can you match our existing report?
Yes. Setup includes building your current layout, or improving it if you want.
Can we cancel?
After the first three months, yes, with a month's notice. You keep every pack and your definitions document.
Do you keep our data?
Raw files are deleted after the pack is delivered, on a schedule written into your agreement. The monthly KPI tables are kept so trends work, until you leave, then deleted. Details on the data page.
Can we just do it ourselves?
Is this advice?
No. Your data is reported accurately and questions are flagged. Decisions and sign-off stay with your competent people.
